Exam Preparation

In the Student Guidance section of the College’s Virtual Learning Environment, Moodle, students have access to a large number of resources aimed at supporting them through their time at Reigate College.  
 
On Moodle there are three separate sections addressing Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing and each one contains numerous videos giving useful information and guidance.  The Wellbeing section contains resources specifically designed to help students cope with exam stress and anxiety and it includes short, practical instructional videos incorporating yoga, relaxation and deep breathing.
 
Students can access Moodle from home via the portal link at the top of this webpage, and they are strongly encouraged to self-enrol onto the three sections and to make use of the many resources they contain.
