1. I am happy with my marks/grade, but would like to request my script back. How can I do this?
 
To request your exam script(s) back you will need to fill out a ‘Non-Priority Access to Scripts’ form and make the appropriate payment on-line. Return the completed form and a copy of your payment receipt to the Exams Officer to process. The cost and deadline for this service is printed on the form. Late applications cannot be submitted.
 
2. I am not happy with my marks/grade. What are my options?
 
If you have a university place pending, you may request a ‘Priority Review of Marking’. 
 
To do this you will need to fill out a Priority Review of Marking form and make the appropriate payment on-line. Return your completed form, along with a copy of your payment receipt, to the Exams Officer to process. The cost and deadline for this service is printed on the form. Late applications cannot be submitted.
 
If you do not have a university place pending, you have two options. Firstly, you may request a ‘Non-Priority Review of Marking’.
 
To do this you will need to fill out a Non-Priority Review of Marking form and make the appropriate payment on-line. Return your completed form, along with a copy of your payment receipt, to the Exams Officer to process. The cost and deadline for this service is printed on the form. Late applications cannot be submitted.
 
Secondly, you may also request ‘Non-Priority Review of Marking with Access to Script’. To do this you will need to fill out a Non-Priority Review of Marking form, indicating ‘YES’ (half way down) that you would also like to request your script to be returned. You will need to make the appropriate payment on-line. Return your completed form, along with a copy of your payment receipt, to the Exams Officer to process. The cost and deadline for this service is printed on the form. Late applications cannot be submitted. Please note that review of marking and access to the script must be requested at the same time.
 
3. I am concerned about my marks/grade, but would like to go over my script before deciding if I should request a review of marking. Am I able to do this?
 
Yes, you are able to do this as long as you do not have a university place pending. To do this you will need to fill out a ‘Priority Access to Scripts’ form and make the appropriate payment on-line. Return your form, along with a copy of your payment receipt, to the Exams Officer to process. Late applications cannot be submitted. If you are still concerned once you have received your script(s), you may then request a non-priority review of marking.
 
If you have a university place pending you must request a Priority Review of Marking, as you may miss the deadline and your university place may be compromised. To do this you will need to fill out a ‘Priority Review of Marking’ form and make the appropriate payment on-line. Return your completed form, along with a copy of your payment receipt, to the Exams Officer to process. The cost and deadline for this service is printed on the form. Late applications cannot be submitted.
 
4. I have heard that if I request a review of marking, my marks and/or grade could go down. Is this true?
 
Yes this is true. You must be aware that by requesting a review of marking, your marks and/or grade could go down, up or remain. A very high percentage do not change at all. 
 
5. Can I ask for my coursework to be remarked?
 
No, unfortunately coursework cannot be remarked.
 
6. Am I able to resit a unit?
 
Some units are available, but not all of them. Full information, including application deadlines and costs, will be available in the autumn term. 
 
7. Where can I find the Post Results Services forms?
 
All of the Post Results Services forms can be found and printed from the Review of Marking and Access to Scripts webpage.
