This 4 week course, open to all enrolled Reigate College students, will be held on Monday evenings from 4:30 to 5:15PM on the following Mondays: 27 February, 6 March, 13 March, 20 March.
Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis but please think seriously about whether you can commit to the full four sessions, before booking.
By booking a ticket for the first session on 27 February you will automatically be enrolled on the course for the other three sessions.

Mindfulness is an evidence-based meditation practice and technique that is used by many people around the world to help them control their mind and manage their emotions.
Evidence has shown that mindfulness is also an effective way to reduce test and exam anxiety. It is estimated that approximately 1/5 of students suffer from test anxiety or stress around exam periods.
To help young people feel more equipped with the stress of exams, we are delivering two courses in Mindfulness practice. These courses are delivered on a Monday night, all students are welcome to attend.
