Places need to be pre-booked and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
This face-to-face workshop provides an opportunity for enrolled students to learn some tips on:
- How to prepare effectively for exams
- Manage wellbeing
- Relieve exam anxiety
During the workshop Claire Hassan and Penny Thompson (Staff Wellbeing Mentors) will take you through some strategies, tips and evidence-based techniques to help you feel better prepared for exams and better able to cope with them, when they arrive.
