Due to the huge interest in Reigate College Open Evenings, the College will be operating an RSVP ticketing system, so we can control the number of people on site and make the evenings as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone attending.

Please ensure you book an RSVP ticket in advance for the Open Evening you wish to attend. Each RSVP ticket admits one prospective student and up to two accompanying adults. Admittance will not be permitted without a valid ticket with QR code for the relevant event date.

Important things to note:

• Only people with pre-booked RSVP tickets will be admitted to the Open Evenings.
• Visitors with QR codes which have already been scanned will not be re-admitted.
• Entry is limited to one student and up to two accompanying adults. Please only book ONE ticket for ONE evening.
• If you have multiple year 11 students wishing to attend, please book one ticket and include multiple names in the student name field, for example: First name Bill & Ben Surname Jones.
• You will be required to show your ticket QR code when you arrive (printed or on your phone), so please make sure you have it with you.
• There will be no car-parking on site except for Blue Badge holders and we request that you notify us in advance by emailing collegeevents@reigate.ac.uk so a space can be reserved for you – please include vehicle registration, name and event date. All other visitors should aim to park in local car parks – see Reigate Car Parks.
• If a prospective student has a visual or hearing impairment, or requires a language interpreter, it may be possible to arrange assistance during the event. Please email studentServices@reigate.ac.uk at least seven days prior to the event, or as soon as possible, so that the College can make enquiries on your behalf.
