Ruth is a certified Business Psychologist, working as an executive coach across most organisational sectors. Her work is hugely varied but the common feature of everything she does is to support individuals and teams to fulfil their potential in the context of enhancing their organisation’s performance.

Ruth will share an insight into her profession, including her pathway to becoming an organisational psychologist, a presentation of a week in her role and the most rewarding part of her job.
