The Post

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Classroom Assistant/Learning Facilitator to join the College’s Learning Support Department. The successful applicant will be required to work with staff and students on a variety of College courses to support student learning, as well as on a one-to-one or small group basis.

Duration: Permanent, part-time, 780 per year including 15 hours per week on site during term-time

Salary: £9,139.99 to £10,570.34 per annum (FTE £19,694 to £22,776 per annum)

The Post

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE) Coordinator to lead and manage the College’s DofE Award provision. The successful applicant will be required to work with students to support their progress towards achieving the DofE Gold Award. The post holder will work with other members of the team to maintain equipment and high standards of health and safety.

Duration: Permanent, part-time, term-time only

Salary: £16,320.42 to £17,246.08 per annum (FTE £19,694 to £20,811 per annum)

The Post

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Music Technician to join the College’s Music Department. The successful applicant will be required to work with staff and students on the courses to support practical elements of learning in the studios, as well as maintain equipment and high standards of health and safety.

Salary: £15,757.73 to £18,257.92 per annum (FTE £19,015 to £22,032 per annum)

The Post

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Science Technician to join the College’s Science Technician Team. The successful applicant will be required to work with staff and students on the courses to support practical elements of learning in the labs, as well as maintain equipment and high standards of health and safety.

Duration: Permanent, part-time

Salary: Up to £40,483 per annum (FTE)

The Post

The College is seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and hardworking teacher to join the highly successful Biology and Applied Human Biology Departments. The successful applicant will be required to teach BTEC Level 3 Human Biology and Biology A Level.

The permanent, part-time (38.10% - 57.14%) post is available from 1 September 2019.  

Duration: Full-time, fixed-term from 1 September 2019 to 2 July 2021

Salary: From £15,121 to £18,795 per annum, depending on the balance of duties between teaching and learning support

The Post

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Sports Coordinator to lead and manage the College’s Sport provision on a maternity cover basis. The successful applicant will be required to work with staff and students to develop sporting opportunities as part of the College’s Activities and Wellbeing Programme. This will include coordinating the Sports Teams, individual discipline competitions and casual participation activities.

Duration: Permanent, full-time, term-time only

Salary: £16,570.04 to £17,509.29 (£19,353 to £20,450 per annum FTE)

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Premises Assistant to join the Estates and Security Team. The successful applicant will be required to carry out estate maintenance duties and supervise students on the College site.

The post is available immediately on a permanent, full-time/term-time only basis. The hours of work are from 10.30am to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (39 weeks per year).

Salary: £19,353 to £20,450 per annum

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Premises Assistant to join the Estates and Security Team. The successful applicant will be required to carry out estate maintenance duties and supervise students on the College site.

The post is available immediately on a permanent, full-time basis. The hours of work are from 9.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
