Performing Arts

Reigate College students have the opportunity to take part in a variety of Performing Arts-related activities.

Those offered via the Activities Programme typically include:

Choir, Chamber Ensemble, Classic Album Club, Dare Dance Company, Film Club, Grade 5 Music Theory, Tap Dancing, Technical Theatre Club.

In addition, students can get involved in the following:

Winter and Summer Concerts.  An eclectic range of music, from driving rock, through to expressive musical theatre and sublime French chamber music. These offer a great night out and a chance for the College to showcase its immense musical talent.

Hot Feet Dance Show. The College dance show of the year!  Usually takes place in December and showcases a dazzling assortment of dances – all of which are imaginatively choreographed by students.

Battle of the Bands. A night when up to ten bands (from heavy metal to girl bands) go head-to-head for the highly coveted BoB trophy.

For forthcoming dates see College Calendar.  Take a look at the Performing Arts newsletter for a round-up of what’s been happening on BTEC Performing Arts courses and visit the Performing Arts Photo Galleries for a glimpse at some of these events.
