How and why did you decide which subjects to study?

Geography and English Literature were both courses that I’d previously studied and enjoyed and were both potential university options for me. Psychology was entirely new and really intrigued me as a new and exciting option. Performing Arts has been a hobby since I was very young and I was eager to explore it in a more academic setting.

Tell us about any College activities you’ve been involved in outside lessons.

I took part in the College show, Oliver! which was great because I got to know the staff and other students a lot better. We were really happy with the end result and the final couple of days of rehearsals were some of my favourite days of my entire College experience.

What do you like most about being a student at Reigate College?

I really enjoy the social aspects that the College encourages. Whilst providing the space to learn and study, the College also provides areas and activities in which to socialise and make new friends. These social aspects are so important and complement the academic side.

What are your plans for the future?

I’m going to take a gap year to travel, work and experience life outside of being a student. Then I’d like to apply to drama school to do a BA Honours in Performing Arts and hopefully get involved in theatre or film.
