Why did you choose Reigate College?

I chose Reigate College because I was offered the chance to do the College’s Intermediate Programme. This was a year I spent doing Level 2 BTECs in Business and Health & Care Level, while re-doing and successfully passing my Maths and English GCSEs.

What have you enjoyed most about your Level 3 courses?

I’ve really enjoyed Health & Social Care because you study real-life cases and get to give input on how to improve a person’s situation regarding their health and wellbeing. The course has been relevant to a career in Social Care, which is what I want to do in the future.

How have you found the teaching and support staff?

All my teachers have been so supportive over the past 3 years. If I was struggling with a topic, my teachers would always find a way to help me and ensure that I understood any aspect that I was struggling with.

What do you like most about being a student at Reigate College?

I like how you’re treated as an adult, which is good preparation for the future whether that’s further education or employment.

What are your plans for the future?

I’m going to study Mental Health Nursing at Kings College London and then I’d like to do a Masters Degree in Nursing.
