Salamanca Trip

Seventeen A Level Spanish students had the pleasure of visiting Salamanca in Spain during an intensive 5 day study visit 4-8 March. This immersive experience that involved being accommodated by local Spanish families and taking part in 4 hours of intensive Spanish lessons each morning, also gave students the chance to explore the stunning city of Salamanca, and have a go at Salsa-dancing and Tortilla-making via specially arranged workshops.

Our thanks to Rosemary Osborne, Irene Santamaria Imaz and Sarah Walters for making this brilliant study visit possible.

Salamanca is situated  in the northwestern quadrant of the Iberian Peninsula and the Old City of Salamanca was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.
