Salary: FTE salary is up to £39,695

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic temporary, full or substantial part-time Teacher of Law to cover maternity leave. The post is effective from 1 September 2018 and is guaranteed to 28 June 2019.
 
The department offers A Level and BTEC Applied Law. Students’ achievements compare very favourably with national benchmarks. The Department has a dedicated classroom and students enjoy excellent IT facilities and resources. There are currently 4 teachers in the department.  
 
This post is suitable for either experienced teachers or those new to the profession. Above all, we are seeking someone with an excellent knowledge of Law and the ability to make the subject come alive for our students. We also want appoint a good team player who will be skilful at motivating and encouraging colleagues to try out new approaches and resources. The person appointed must be confident in the use of Information Technology in all aspects of their work. 
 
The full-time equivalent salary is up to £39,695 per annum including the Reigate College Allowance and the Professional Standards Payment (where applicable).
