Congratulations to Upper Sixth student Waleed Ben-Gacem who took part in the 50km Ultra Mirage El Djerid (UMED) in the Tunisian Sahara desert on 30 September. 

Aged only 17 years old, Waleed was among the youngest competitors in the race.  His demonstration of determination and resilience, in completing this extreme challenge, is a source of inspiration to the entire College community.  A huge well done to Waleed!
