The Government has announced it’s stopping the funding for over 200 post-GCSE vocational qualifications, because they overlap with T-levels subjects. Over the next two years T-levels like Finance, Accounting, and Engineering and Manufacturing will be rolled out in England, but you’ll no longer be able to enrol for certain BTEC and other level 3 qualifications in similar subject areas.
For students starting at the College in September 2025, the following courses have been replaced by AAQs. The content of these courses was updated in February 2025, please follow the links to view the updated course details.
Further BTEC and other level 3 qualifications are likely to switch to AAQs. The College website will be updated as soon as changes are confirmed.
