Reigate College’s Art & Design Department will be showcasing a range of over 50 pieces of work during this year’s Surrey Artists’ Open Studios (SAOS). This is the second time the College will be taking part in SAOS and it proves to be an exciting way for students to share their exceptional talent with the wider community.
Prints of the work exhibited are available for sale via the College’s SU Shop.
The College’s SAOS exhibition will include work by around 40 artists – who were all 2024 leavers. Exam boards prohibit us from publicly exhibiting the work of current students – that has still to be marked. ‘Zines’ (miniature portfolios on a creatively folded, double-sided piece of paper), will however, be available to show off some of the work of this year’s Upper Sixth (2025 leavers).
The College and its artists will be selling limited availability prints of the exhibition pieces through its online shop. Please note, the College does not stand to gain financially in any way from the sale of any prints.
Exhibition dates are: Saturday 21 (2-5pm) and Sunday 22 June 2025 (1-4pm)
Location: Reigate Community Centre, 53 High St, Reigate RH2 9AE (entrance behind the church)
Parking and access: Please park in one of the nearby public car-parks. There is unfortunately no parking at the Community Centre other than for Blue Badge holders. Please email CollegeEvents@reigate.ac.uk if you require special access arrangements.
Prints of the SAOS/Reigate College exhibition pieces will be available for sale through the College’s SU Shop. Please note the College will not stand to benefit financially from these sales. The full sale price will go to our young artists, with Reigate College picking up the printing, postage and packaging costs.
