The College’s annual Charity Week was held during the last week of the Spring Term and this year’s line-up of activities included: a College community cake sale, henna and face painting, chocolate tombola, a bring-and-buy event and a highly cathartic pottery smash!
All the money raised will be split between our Students’ Union’s chosen charities for this year (final total not yet in): Children with Cancer, Guide Dogs and the RSPCA. The campus was also treated to live music, while staff and students were encouraged to dress up in rainbow colours or their PJs.
Thanks to our Wellbeing Coordinator Wendy Gregory and her wonderful SU, plus our Enrichment and Mentoring teams who all helped make the week a success. Thanks must also go to our fabulous student musicians for entertaining us!
