Just before half term, Art & Design students visited ‘Delight’ in Borough Yards – “an innovative media art exhibition that provides a fresh and creative interpretation of urban city life … An exhilarating exploration of Seoul’s history, life and identity that brings together the past and the present, the real and the imaginary, the distant and the familiar.” 

The visit formed a vital part of students’ exam research, and provided inspiration for developing their own visual aesthetics, while experiencing contemporary ideas and approaches. 

The ‘Delight’ trip was followed the same day, with a visit to the Tate Modern, to explore the permanent collection of typography, poster design and conceptual development.
