Thanks to everyone who helped raise funds for Movember – a month of raising awareness and funds for men’s health – specifically prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

The £413 raised by the College is being donated to CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably  www.thecalmzone.net ) and the East Surrey branch of Samaritans. 

Generous contributions were made through: a staff Quiz Night, moustache-growing and the chance to take part in ‘Move for 60’ challenges (such as walking/swimming/cycling 60 miles or km).  The ‘Move for 60’ campaign is  a Movember initiative designed to bring home that around the world, every 60 minutes, 60 men end their life by suicide.
