October half-term saw four wins for Reigate College’s footballers on tour in the Netherlands.
As well as matches against S0-Soest and Blauw Geel, the action-packed five days took in two stadium tours to Ajax in Amsterdam and PSV in Eindhoven.
Sport teacher and trip lead Rob Jones said, “ A thoroughly enjoyable tour which offered our footballers a rare opportunity to experience the youth and professional game overseas, something often only the elite get to do.’’
“The schedule also included a visit to watch an entertaining professional match at Fortuna Sittard against Groningen. The boys also managed some sightseeing in Amsterdam on a canal cruise before heading home. After such a great success, we hope to run similar tour next year!”
