Reigate College turned in an impressive set of A Level high grades (A* to B) for Sciences and Maths and first-rate results for BTEC Applied Science. This resulted in an unprecedented number of students being accepted at their first choice university for STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).

Medicine success stories
All five of the students who applied to do Medicine secured places:
- Rachael Foulsham achieved three A* grades and a place at Edinburgh University
- Arun Nithianantharajah gained three A*s and is off to UCL
- Carly Munn got three A*s and is also going to UCL
- Morgan Howland secured one A* and two As is off to Bristol University
- Ben McCabe achieved two A*s and a B is heading to Keele University
BTEC Applied Science (Medicine) successes
89.6% of students doing the BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Applied Science (Medical) achieved a high grade (Distinction or Distinction *) which resulted in students being accepted on their first choice Medical Science related degrees.
For example:
Kira Tighe who was previously at Reigate School gained Distinction *s in both the BTEC Diploma in Sport (two A Level equivalent) and the BTEC Subsidiary Diploma in Applied Science (one A Level equivalent), and gained a place to study a degree in Physiotherapy at Coventry University.
Laura Codd, who was at Rosebery School accepted a place on the Paramedic Science degree course at Surrey University. Laura gained Distinction *s in both the BTEC Diploma in Health & Social Care (two A Level equivalent) and BTEC Subsidiary Diploma in Applied Science (one A Level equivalent).
