Reigate College Sports department today hosted a fun-filled athletics event for children in local schools.  

The sports hall was put to full use during the day programme as the children were set a series of activities and challenges aimed at inspiring them to get more involved with athletics. 

Reigate College sports’ leaders were kept fully occupied throughout the day, as they helped run and lead the event, and demonstrated the various activities to the children.  

Sports teacher Nick Chadwick commented, “This was a great opportunity to share our sports facilities with local schoolchildren and for our sports leaders to be role models encouraging them to access and engage with sports.”
