On Wednesday 24th November, the College’s Music Department was excited to host its first public concert since the start of the Covid pandemic.

Student bands from both Upper and Lower Sixth BTEC courses performed with style, flair, and musicality, alongside individual A Level Music students, who gave skilled solo performances.

Head of Music, Kate Swan commented, “It was fantastic for our students to finally have an opportunity to show off their talent and perform. For many, it was the very first time playing as part of a band. It was with great sadness that due to the resurgence of high numbers of Covid cases, we had to cancel our Winter Concert on 2nd December.”
