Our thanks to the representatives from VARB (Voluntary Action Reigate & Banstead) who came into College on Thursday 5th December to talk to College students about the range of volunteering opportunities on offer locally.
Students were able to find out about local projects in sport, history, medicine, social care, entertainment, environment, social action and more.
Volunteering is highly regarded by universities and employers alike and is a great way to develop and demonstrate skills such as teamwork, problem solving, leadership, reliability and passion.
