Reigate College was delighted to host the 2018 Volunteers Fair organised by Voluntary Action Reigate & Banstead on Tuesday 20th November. 

Students were able to find out about different volunteer opportunities with a wide range of local organisations, including roles in sport, health, social care, entertainment, environment and many more.  

Opportunities ranged from one-off activities or short projects through to ongoing commitments that would count towards the Duke of Edinburgh Award.    

Those present included: Radio Redhill; Alzheimer’s Society; YMCA East Surrey/YMCA Challenge Events; Reigate & Banstead Youth Council; Loveworks; The Include Choir; St Catherine’s Hospice; Redhill Centre for Local Family History; East Surrey Live at Home; The Gatton Trust; Spring Fit; Girlguiding Surrey East; The Children’s Trust; The Harlequin Theatre and Cinema; East Surrey Hospital; Run Reigate; National Citizen Service; Park Run; Reigate Priory Cricket Club and Voluntary Action Reigate & Banstead.
