Studies show that maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle is important for all-round mental and physical wellbeing, and as such the weekly Activities programme forms part of the College’s holistic approach to education. Alongside the Activities, College students also have the opportunity to take part in competitive sport, volunteering and community events, as well as the compulsory Tutorial Programme which covers a range of topics to promote wellbeing.
