Before the Easter break, 56 Lower Sixth students signed up for a hands-on anatomy experience delivered by Sam Piri, The Dissection Guy.
Open to students on the College’s MVD (Medicine, Veterinary and Dentistry) and Careers in Health pathways, it offered an undergraduate-style session to strengthen students’ knowledge of anatomical position as well as exploring dissection techniques on a range of body systems.
Pathways Director Liz Sanders said, “Students found the experience highly valuable, whether they are looking to go into nursing, medicine, veterinary or dentistry or allied healthcare careers.”
