This week’s Charity Week included a  Cake Sale, Clothes Swap, Plate Smash and Raffle, with Business students additionally selling home-made jewellery and candles and offering a car-washing service.

Thanks to students Eve Gordon and Zoe Cordner for coming up with the ingenious idea of creating a Clothes Swap (where students paid £1 an item to swap their garments).  Thanks too to the Students’ Union and Wendy Gregory and her team for all their hard work, in making the week such a success. 

The £834.70 raised via the SU’s activities will be donated between: Relate, Lucy Rayner and the Guide Dogs.  Business students will be donating to the Ukraine, which was a major focus for their fundraising activities.
