We’re celebrating another successful Get Ahead Day (March 20), where a carousel of activities helped our Lower Sixth consider their next steps after College.
One-to-one tutorials and a Your Options talk set the scene, while over 100 exhibitors from universities, specialist colleges, employers, gap year organisations and apprenticeship providers packed the Sports Hall to talk in-person about the opportunities that lie ahead.
Ellen Walkinshaw, Director (Progression and Skills) said, “Get Ahead Day is a massive team effort and I’d like to thank dedicated staff from across the College – and particularly our Careers Team – for delivering another stand-out event. The day forms a key part of helping our Lower Sixth to consider their choices before June’s Progression Day, which finalises their chosen pathway for their time in the Upper Sixth.”
