Just before half-term, our Wellbeing Coordinator Wendy invited our Upper Sixth Leavers to write shout-out notes for any staff they’d like to thank during their time at College. This week hundreds of handwritten notes were collated and gifted to individual staff via their pigeonholes for them to read.
Jo Driscoll, Director of Mental Health & Wellbeing, said “We always encourage our young people to practise gratitude and to express thanks when they can. Research indicates that just seven minutes of gratitude practice every three days can improve wellbeing.”
