Lower Sixth student Olivia Lavell will be running the full marathon distance of 26.2 miles, at this year’s London Marathon, on 27 April, in aid of Children with Cancer UK.   

Olivia said, “When I was at Primary School, one of my classmates developed leg cancer, and I saw first-hand the devastating effects of this disease.  Charities such as Children With Cancer UK play such an important role in supporting both the affected children and their families, and I am so proud to be able to raise money for this worthy cause”.
