Supporting students through their exams

With mocks now over and the exam season almost upon us, we’re keen to do what we can to help our Upper Sixth students navigate their final exams with confidence.

Parents and Guardians can play an important part in helping their young person approach their exams in a calm and positive way.  For this reason, on March 18 we’re hosting a dedicated webinar all about preventing or managing Exam Anxiety.

The webinar is presented by the Director of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Jo Driscoll and the Director of Learning, Helen Fayers. Jo explains, “The aim of the webinar is to provide useful strategies that help families to better support their young person in the run up to, and during, the exam period.  We’re also offering students one-to-one sessions on how to prepare for exams and deal with exam anxiety. These sessions are available to all students and can be booked through their portal.”
