Our thanks to former students and medics-and-vets-in-training Adam Chatfield, Amy Sanders, Carly Munn, Gregor Fowler and Hannah Craig who took part in a Q&A panel, at last night’s MVD (Medicine, Veterinary and Dentistry) applicants’ event for prospective students.

Run by Liz Sanders, MVD pathway coordinator, Alys Dreux, Head of Biology and Sarah Walters, Deputy Principal, the event is designed to show how the College actively supports MVD pathway students secure university offers. As well as the Q&A and a presentation by Liz, prospective students took part in a hands-on lab session with current College MVD pathway students.

From this year’s cohort, 14 students have received offers:

• 12 students for Medicine and
• 2 students for Veterinary Science

With one of last year’s leavers also having now received an offer for Dentistry
