On the last day of the Spring Term, over 50 BTEC Business students enjoyed a recruitment and selection talk from alumnus Alex Antoniou who now runs his own specialist recruitment company, ALS Solutions. Designed to support curriculum learning on this topic, Alex’s talk covered the importance of pre-interview research on the employer; interview question prep including screening calls and video interviews; handling yourself in the interview room; and post-interview etiquette.
