Year 8 students from several of the College’s partner schools (Carrington, de Stafford, Merstham Park and Oakwood) have this term benefited from school-specific MVD sessions hosted by Liz Sanders, who runs the College’s hugely successful Medics, Vets and Dentists (MVD) Programme.

The after school sessions looked at different systems of the body and students used specialist equipment to measure key health data. Liz said, “Students spent time identifying their own individual strengths and possible areas for development, as well as some practical ways they could find out more about these extremely rewarding career areas.”

Accompanying teacher, David Parry from de Stafford School said, “A huge thank you to Ellen and Liz for an excellent, engaging session.”
