Yesterday evening Reigate College hosted an introduction to Classical Civilisation event for Year 11 students who have applied to study an A Level in the subject in September.

Head of Department Sarah Bell, gave a comprehensive overview of the two year A Level course programme, highlighting some of the skills Classics graduates acquire, as well as giving an introduction to the subject with an interactive classroom session.

For the 30 prospective students who attended the event, it was a great opportunity to meet College staff, other prospective students and find out more about studying at Reigate.

The highlight for many, was hearing from former students Laura Robinson and Marie Julian about their experiences of studying Classics and their career path insights. Thanks to our Alumni for coming back to share their experiences and inspire the next generation.
