Why did you choose Reigate College?

I know lots of people who’ve been to Reigate College and really enjoyed their time here. It has such a good reputation that it seemed like the obvious choice to me. It also offered all the courses I wanted to take, and I knew they’d had excellent results in previous years.

How and why did you decide which subjects to study?

I’ve always enjoyed science and am very keen on sport. Combining sciences with PE seemed perfect and has set me up nicely to study for a Sport and Exercise Science degree next year at university.

What have you enjoyed most about your courses?

The variety of content is so wide that there’s always something to learn about that you’re interested in. In Biology and Chemistry I particularly enjoy the practical aspect as it helps me to understand what I’m learning whilst gaining valuable skills at the same time.

What interesting activities or clubs are you involved with outside of College?

I mainly focus on athletics, specifically pole vaulting, which I’ve been specialising in for a couple of years now. I compete for the county and train regularly for it.
