Previous School:

How and why did you decide which subjects to study?

I chose Biology because at the time I was thinking about taking it further. I had no real understanding of Sociology before applying. The Open Evenings really opened my eyes to how interesting Sociology could be.

How have you found the teaching and support staff?

The staff were of immense help when it came to their specific subjects, learning support and help with future planning. I also found the Careers department, Aspire team and the ‘Careers in Health’ tutors extremely insightful and always happy to help.

What do you think makes Reigate College a good place to be a student?

It’s the combination of the staff, environment and support that makes it a brilliant place to be a student. The Independent Learning Centre (ILC) plays an important role because it’s such a great, quiet place to work in, between lessons.

What’s your plan for when you leave College?

My sights are set on doing an Apprenticeship Programme either in Finance or something related. I’ve also applied to study Sociology at uni.
