How did you decide which subjects to study?

I’ve always enjoyed Maths and the College offers both Maths and Further Maths so I knew I wanted to study both. I did well in GCSE Chemistry so that led me to taking it as my third option.

How did you find the move from school to College?

I found the move a smooth one. It was easy to make friends as there were loads of people who shared similar interests.

How have you found the teaching?

I think the teachers are great. I constantly feel supported and pushed to achieve my best, but always in a friendly and encouraging way.

Tell us about any College Enrichment activities you’ve been involved in

I got involved in the rock band sessions in my first year, performing live at local venues. It was a great chance to get to know more people and improve my confidence and musical ability.

What do you think makes Reigate College a good place to be a student?

I like that you’re treated as an equal with staff, who all have a genuine interest and deep understanding of their subjects.

What’s your plan for when you leave College?

I plan to study Maths at Exeter University.
