Why did you choose Reigate College?
I chose Reigate College because Graphic Design was a subject I knew I definitely wanted to do, and the course looked exciting. I also wanted a fresh start and a chance to meet new people but also connect with old friends.
How and why did you decide which subjects to study?
I enjoyed studying Maths and German at GCSE and I thought knowing another language on top of English and Hindi would be useful for future jobs.
When I looked around the Graphics Department at one of the College’s Open Days, I just felt the Graphics course was everything I wanted.
How did you find the move from school to College?
I’m surprised at how easily I made new friends as I’m quite shy, but I realised that everyone feels a bit uncertain at the start.
What do you think makes Reigate College a good place to be a student?
There’s a good balance between having independence and being supported. The environment allows you to grow as a person but if you need help, there’s always someone there to guide you.
What are your plans for the future?
I’ve applied to study Graphic Design at university and my plan is to become a successful designer.
