Why did you choose Reigate College?
I have three older sisters who all came to Reigate College and really enjoyed it. I also wanted a change from my old school and thought that College would be a really good step between school and university.
How did you find the move from school to College?
It was a bit overwhelming at first but exciting as there were so many new people to meet and lots of new opportunities.
What have you enjoyed most about your courses?
I really enjoy how the teachers relate the content of my courses to real life situations, especially the effects of the pandemic. It’s been fascinating seeing how my subjects have interlinked throughout the two years.
What do you like most about being a student at Reigate College?
I like how we are treated as adults. This has taught me to take responsibility for my own work and time management, whilst being able to enjoy having some free periods to spend time with my friends.
What do you think makes Reigate College good place to be a student?
The College attracts students from a large cross-section, and it’s a very sociable environment. The location is great, within walking distance of Reigate town centre.
What are your plans for the future?
I’m planning on taking a Gap Year and then hoping to study Geography at Newcastle University. In the future I’d like to get a job involving sustainability.
